Keeps crashing upon opening

Cant even bother to open correctly. I am running Mac OsX 10.8. I have tried restarting my computer, changing my background settings, but the app has never opened yet. The icon appears on my menu bar for a second, than disappears. And I cannot find any troubleshooting ressources.
